RETURN POLICY

Items on Sale
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for sale items. They are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. That being said, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution if there is an issue with your order.

Refund Exceptions For Damaged Item Only
If your item has been found to be damaged, you may return it for a refund, but you will still have to pay for the return shipping.
You’re eligible for a return if your item is unused and must be in its original unused condition as you have received it and its original packaging. You must return the item within 3 business days of receiving it. We will also need proof of purchase or a purchase receipt. Some types of products that cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded are the body butters.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

​Refund
Once we received your returned purchase, we will inspect it and notify you via e-mail that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. The time it takes for you to receive the credit depends on your credit card issuer’s policies.

How To Return A Damaged Item
1. Please email cozycomfortsproducts@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

3. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product. We recommend to ship the product via a traceable carrier and to keep the proof of shipment.
4. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed.

Return Exceptions
Items that have been completely used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping Priority Mail® Small Flat Rate Box $12.50
Priority Mail® Medium Flat Rate Box $19.50
Priority Mail® Large Flat Rate Box $25.50

We ship USPS Priority. Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to your order.
Note: There are restrictions on some products such as the body butters, which will require special handling and extra shipping cost.

Wrong Address - If the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, the shipment will be returned to our facility. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from the buyers (if and as applicable).
​
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Shipment Processing:
Cozy Comforts Body Essentials processes orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Generally, orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday as to avoid shipments being put on hold by the carrier over the weekend. Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday will usually be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday, unless a holiday precludes shipping on those days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Cozy Comforts Body Essentials is not responsible for delays due to the carrier, natural disaster, or issues related to the stated delivery address.

Payment & Shipping Rates:
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

After an order has been placed, a representative from Cozy Comforts Body Essentials will contact you regarding the total cost of your order within 2-3 business days (usually sooner). Due to the high cost of shipping, the price per item will exceed prices set by brick & mortar stores when the final total cost of your order is tabulated; we cannot offer a manufacture’s discount. We recommend placing larger orders (by the case or equivalent number), as shipping rates make small orders extremely expensive per item. Cozy Comforts Body Essentials is located in Cary, North Carolina, therefore the cost of shipping increases incrementally the further west the delivery address is from Cozy Comforts Body Essentials headquarters.

Before placing an online order, we encourage you to use our Product Finder and/or talk to your local retailer about a special order.
When contacted, the Cozy Comforts Body Essentials representative will provide you with payment instructions. All orders must be paid in advance. Our preferred method of payment is through Square Point of Sale.

Cozy Comforts Body Essentials is not responsible for problems caused by an invalid or incorrect shipping address given to us. Please be sure that the supplied delivery address is correct and can receive packages in a timely manner; delays in you taking possession of the delivery may affect the product contained within. Cozy Comforts Body Essentials is not responsible if the package cannot be delivered, is turned away, is left unattended after delivery, is damaged after it has been delivered, or is suspected of having been lost or stolen after being delivered. It is important to check your tracking number and anticipate your delivery.

Once you have received your delivery, immediately store the body butter product in a cool area or in the refrigerator but do not store in the freezer.
​
Product Availability:
If we are out of stock for a particular product, the Cozy Comforts Body Essentials representative will notify you via email or telephone correspondence or you can submit a back in stock requests and the customer will be automatically notified via email when a requested product is back in stock.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Cozy Comforts Body Essentials will supply a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active once the carrier takes possession of the shipment. All orders are shipped via USPS and require a valid mailing address. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Body Butter orders include frozen gel packs and/or dry ice to keep product cold. Be careful when handling dry ice; Cozy Comforts Body Essentials is not responsible for any injuries caused by dry ice used in shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
We are not responsible for any taxes and/or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not ship to customers outside of the U.S.
